While the goal of foster care is reunification, when reunification is not possible sometimes our fabulous foster families become fabulous forever families!  We want to help celebrate your family by providing a package to commemorate this momentous occassion.  These packages will be customized for each family, but will include:

• Picture Frame or Photo Album

• Age-appropriate Adoption Story Book

• Special Stuffed Animal

• Gift Card/Gift Certificate for a local restaurant

• Other items selected for the family

Please email us to Info@ManateeCountyFAPA.com with the following information so that we can start customizing your package!  Member Name(s), Date of Adoption Finalization, County where Adoption was finalized, Name and Age of Child/Children whose Adoption has just been finalized, special interests of the children/family.
